Bridging the gap to employment
BRIDGING THE GAP TO EMPLOYMENTWe empower Cameroonians with rich and professional IT trainings for job creation, innovation and next generation technologies. This will uplift our society through creativity, skilled labour and reduced unemployment.
Why VTIB exists
I started VTIB because after lecturing for the past ten years in different universities and institutions, I noticed that the material which is passed down to students is either of very low quality, outdated or insufficient. Moreover, many schools function not because of the passion in transformation, but for attaining financial freedom. This explains the very high number of graduates going straight to the unemployment line despite the increasing number of institutions and universities.
I believe there is a better way, consisting of empowering Cameroonians with rich and professional IT trainings for job creation, innovation and next generation technologies.
